1. The applicant's information shall be entered. If the applicant is an official entity, then an application letter shall be obtained from the authorized person in the entity;

2. The need shall be identified (the number and type);

3. The application shall be filed two weeks prior to the date of receipt; and 

4. The date of receipt and the recipient information.

 The application shall be filed through the website; 

The application shall then be transferred to Media and Publications Centre to verify whether it could be possibly implemented; and

The applicant shall be approached in order for the application procedures to be completed.
